Mr. An was born in South Korea in 1986. He began learning piano since he was six years old. Since the early age, Mr.An was influenced by classical music, which inspired and motivated him to be admitted at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg at the age of 16. Mr. An studied under Prof. Christoph Lieske and Prof. Pavel Gililov and received abachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, and postgraduate degrees with the highest honor.Currently, he is studying under Prof. Marian Migdal in the ‘Konzertexamen’ program at the University of Music andTheatre in Hamburg, Germany (Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg).
His numerous concerts attest to his exceptional musical maturity. Mr. An can look back on a long way of competition successes. He won many prestigious international competitions and he is a regular guest at leading international festivals and concert series; Salzburg Summer Festival, G. Enescu Music Festival, Musical Olympus Festival of St.Petersburg, Les Pianos Folies du Touquet, Festival Musique au Coeur du Médoc, solo recital at Salle Gaveau Paris,

Mr. An is winner of the Concours International Long-Thibaud-Crespin 2012 in Paris. (Concert with Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France)
After the Grand Prix and the two more great prizes “Prix SAS le Prince Albert II de Monaco” for the best Récital and “Prix SACEM” for the best interpretation of modern music, Mr. An began a prestigious concert series around the world with the great success of audience and critics.
